Who writes the scripts?

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit. Autem dolore, alias, numquam enim ab voluptate id quam harum ducimus cupiditate similique quisquam et deserunt, recusandae.

When will you call?

Because our goal is to get a real person on the phone, we place our calls to Washington DC between 9am - 5pm EST. Note that your calls may be placed in a queue if we are experiencing a high call volume day.

Can I hear what is said on the call?

This depends on your state. All states have some sort of law regarding the recording of phone calls. Most states abide by a "one-party" consent rule, which means that only one party in the conversation (you, and by extension us as your representative) needs to provide consent to record a call. For those calls - YES! We will send you a recording of each call once completed.

Some states however are "two-party consent" states, meaning that both parties on the call have to explicitly consent to a call being recorded. These states are: California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Washington. When calling these states we have chosen not to record the call, but instead provide a written transcript.

Will this actually influence my representatives?

Why isn't this free?

Unlike sites which gives out the phone numbers of representatives and asks you to make the call yourself, RingBlue has a significant amount of telephony and AI infrastructure needed to continue working. We pay both monthly fees for each phone line and per-minute fees for each call, as well as costs associated with the AI tools we use. Our goal however is to keep costs minimal, and partner with non-profits who can use RingBlue to generate donations to their causes!
